I've worked with Shirish for almost 4 years, and during that time, as I transitioned from a web developer role into a quality engineering role, the diversity and the depth of his experience in this discipline has been an asset to my professional development and for the members of the larger team he leads. Shirish is a leader, a mentor, a subject matter expert, he is professional, consistent, reliable, confident and effective. I appreciate having the experience of working with Shirish, and when I have doubts about problems or solutions in quality assurance and/or quality engineering I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to discuss these things with him, and he is open and eager to have these discussions. I had worked with Shirish for over a year in the ANZ Bank project. Shirish is proactive and ensures activities, tasks, and deliverables are completed on time. Shirish has an excellent knowledge of Test Management, and his expertise has helped the project immensely. He managed the Test Management activities and ensured all the defects were tracked and delivered with quality standards. He implemented various new quality metrics and dashboards, which helped different Scrum teams to get better visibility on the project.

Shirish assisted me with my project during the busiest time in the release and did an excellent job of System testing the changes with limited training. Shirish was previously a part of the Automation project within my team and also worked briefly with the UAT team after which he was alloted System Testing for my project. He asked the right questions, was very detailed in his analysis of ST results, assisted in data prepping and was a pleasure to work with. I wish Shirish All the Very best in his future endeavours and if oppurtunity presents itself, would very gladly work with him in the future.
