At Swiftech Software Testing Services Inc. (“Swiftech”, “us”, “we”, “our”), the protection of your personal and business information is very important to us. Swiftech uses a strong background in software application and testing to proactively identify defects which could be a potential risk to businesses, and providing feasible mitigations. Swiftech offers a range of services including; test management consulting, software testing workshops, functional testing, test automations, defect and test data management, backend data testing, API testing and cloud testing and performance testing.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites which are not owned or controlled by Swiftech.

We only collect Personal Information that is directly related to Swiftech and our services. Wherever possible, this information will be collected directly from you.

Swiftech will collect limited Personal Information from you, including your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, the subject of your inquiry, preferred means of communication, your interaction with our website and other information that you provide to us.

Although we seek to protect against possible breaches of our security systems, no institution can fully eliminate the risks of unauthorized access, and no website is completely secure. You acknowledge and agree that Swiftech is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-parties that provide services on our behalf.  

Your Personal Information may be used or stored by our service providers outside of Canada. While we endeavour to work with service providers that provide adequate protections for your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee their practices. Additionally, if your Personal Information is used or stored outside of Canada, it will also be subject to the laws of the country in which it is used or stored.

Please note that these links are provided only as a convenience and Swiftech is not responsible for any collection, storage or processing of personal data transferred after following the links. The behaviour of third-parties is beyond the scope of our control and Swiftech is not responsible for information you share with third parties.
